Pickup & return
We pick you up from your hotel or Airbnb in central Paris between 7:00-8:00 AM (exact time confirmed after booking based on your location). Return to Paris approximately 7:30 PM. Pickup time may vary by ~15 minutes due to traffic.
Vehicle
Air-conditioned minibus for comfort on the journey. For very small groups, we may use a private car for an even more personalized experience.
Group policy
Minimum 2 passengers required. Maximum 7 adults per tour to ensure a quality, intimate experience.
Payment
Pay your guide directly on the day of the tour. We accept cash, credit cards (no American Express), and travellers cheques.
Cancellation Policy
No deposit before the tour, payment only on the day of the tour. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule! But if you cancel the tour within 48 hours before the trip or in case of no show on the day of the trip, we'll ask you to pay us the cancellation fees of €50 per person.
