Paris Champagne Tour is a Private Limited Company (SARL Société à Responsabilité Limitée) with a capital of 21,000 Euros. Its headquarter is situated at 10, rue Hélène Loiret 92190 Meudon, France. The company is registered at the « Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Nanterre » under Company Registration n° 484 967 559.

Paris Champagne Tour acts according to the conditions as defined by the law n°92645 of July 13th 1992 laying down the conditions relative for the organization of travel-related business, the sale of holidays or travel packages and the decree n°94490 dated June 15th 1994.

Paris – Champagne – Paris Tour

Daily departures from Paris available with a minimum of 2 passengers. Visitors are always in a small group of a maximum of 7 people. You will be accompanied by a bilingual driver guide for the full day. In case of very small groups, the minibus can be replaced by a car for more comfort.

Programme: Discovery of Champagne vineyard. Once in the vineyard, the guide will explain the Champagne soil, the three main grape varieties in Champagne, the vines through the seasons. Followed by a visit and a wine tasting in a small champagne producer. Traditional French lunch in a restaurant in Reims. Guided tour of the Reims cathedral. The tour ends by a guided visit of one major champagne houses in Reims and its underground chalk cellar.

Our price includes: transport by minibus, admissions for the visits, two champagne tasting sessions, breakfast, lunch and guide's services during the tour.

Reservation

A reservation is required, at least 48 hours before the trip, by the Internet or by phone. Ask your concierge, hotel reception, travel agent or call us direct. Reservation 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Paris Champagne Tour confirms the reservation by sending (within a period of 12 hours after the reservation) an email which includes essential elements making up the order such as order's number, name, excursion date, pick up place and price.

Important: The reservation's confirmation is not the trip's confirmation, because a minimum of two passengers is required!

No payment is required while booking. The agency confirms the tour with the exact pick up time, at least 24 hours before the trip.

Departure and Return Point

Our minibus picks you up at your hotel in Paris between 7am and 8am, without additional price. The return point is at your hotel around 7:30 pm. The pick up place can also be at a public place, for example a Parisian Métro station, or at your address in Paris or near Paris.

The visitor must give the pick up place when booking. The exact pick up times are given when the travel agency confirms your trip and the pick up times may vary by up to 15 minutes due to traffic, so please wait outside in front of your hotel!

Payment

The prices quoted are provided in Euros and include all taxes and duties except where otherwise stated. Payment must be done on the day of the tour (at the beginning of the trip) by:

  • Cash
  • Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard)
  • Travellers cheques

Note: We do not accept American Express.

A payment voucher is provided by the guide as the proof of purchase.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation or modification, the customer should inform Paris Champagne Tour by email (info@parischampagnetour.com) or by phone (+33 (0)6 19 32 58 69).

  • More than 48 hours before the trip: No cancellation fee
  • Within 48 hours before the trip: Cancellation fees are €50 per person
  • On the day of the trip: No refund will be made if the customer decides to interrupt the excursion, albeit partially

On the other hand, Paris Champagne Tour reserves the right to cancel the excursion before the day of the trip for passengers' comfort and safety. In this case, we inform our customers as soon as possible and there is no compensation for that.

Personal Belongings

Paris Champagne Tour recommends each passenger to take care of his belongings and not leave anything behind in the minibus. We cannot be held responsible for articles left behind.

Child Discount

Children under 11 years: discount price 120 euros.

Legal Capacity and Use of the Website

The purpose of the website is to assist the User to find Services relating to travel and tourism, and to make suitable reservations. The User must be aged 18 or over and must be legally capable of entering into the contract as provided by the Terms and Conditions for using the Site.

Except in the event of Fraud where the User is required to supply proof thereof, the User is responsible for all financial matters they conduct on the Site, in particular the use that will be made of their personal details. The User also guarantees the accuracy and the truthfulness of the personal details they provide when using the Site. Fraudulent use of the Site or any usage which contravenes the present Terms and Conditions will result the right to Paris Champagne Tour to sue the User.

The "User" means any moral or physical person using the Site to navigate, obtain information, make a reservation, order and/or purchase one or more Services offered on the Site.

Applicable Law

The Terms and Conditions are subject to French Law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or their execution will be brought before the Nanterre Courts for arbitration. For the purposes of arbitration, the original French version of the present Terms and Conditions shall alone have authenticity.
